Preston Crossing is a masterplanned urban residential regeneration project located at Oakover Road and surrounds in Preston (City of Darebin), about 9 km NE of Melbourne CBD. It is being delivered by MAB Corporation in collaboration with Homes Victoria and HousingFirst, and designed by multiple architects including Hayball, Archier, Breathe Architecture and TCL. The development aims to create a sustainable, inclusive mixed‑tenure neighbourhood with a range of housing types and strong community connections.
