Delivering secure, community-focused housing for Victoria’s future
The Walker Street development is now complete, delivering a significant uplift in high-quality housing and community infrastructure.
The project replaced 87 outdated social homes with 250 new residences, including 99 social homes and 151 market homes — a 14% increase in social housing on the site. The new mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes better meets the needs of Victorian households and families.
The development also enhances liveability and connection, with improved pedestrian access to Merri Creek and new shared amenities including landscaped courtyards, a basketball key and a community room.
COMMSecurity is proud to have completed the delivery of CCTV and Access Control systems for this project, supporting a safer and more secure environment for residents and the community.
