Project Complete | Wightman Street, Footscray
The brand-new 18-storey development on Wightman Street is now complete, delivering 92 new homes for people who need them most.
Delivered in partnership with VincentCare Community Housing (VCCH), the project includes a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, providing safe and affordable housing for people experiencing housing stress.
Located just 5 kilometres from Melbourneβs CBD, the development offers residents easy access to public transport, local shops, and essential services β helping to support long-term stability and community connection.
