The Smart Building Platform partnership between COMMSecurity and Charter Hall is going from strength to strength with another successful deployment of KODE OS at 480 Swan St.
COMMSecurity completed a full suite of KODE OS features, enabling this building to operate more efficient and provides Facility Teams and Tenants with a more enhanced building experience. A new method developed by KODE Labs and COMMSecurity for accessing building data has simplified the process of commissioning, provisioning and ensuring the accuracy of the presented data, making deployment and maintenance simple.
Using COMMSecurity’s detailed MSI process to engage with building subcontractors and Charter Halls Facilities has established a new standard for Smart Building Platform outcomes.
Smart Building Platform features include:
• Over 13 building systems connect to KODE OS
• Tenant After Hours Portal
• People Counting via CCTV Cameras
• Monitoring, Control and Alarming
• Fault Detection & Diagnostics
• Optimisation Start / Stop
• Energy Management System
The Charter Hall team is already experiencing a return on investment through reduced equipment run time, increased operational efficiency and simplified root cause analysis for fault identification and resolution.
