About the Project

The Smart Building team at COMMSecurity Australia, in conjunction with Hacer Group, NDY, and Time & Place have designed and will deploy the ICN and Smart Building Platform featuring KODE Labs’ full suite of system functionality and analytic features, including:

  • Real-time system dashboards
  • Interactive floor & area plans
  • Energy monitoring with live NABERS ratings
  • Fault detection & diagnostics
  • Optimised start/stop equipment logic
  • Digital commissioning tools
  • Integrated Communication Network (ICN)
  •  Indoor Air Quality sensors

Our Scope

Smart Building Team
COMMSecurity’s Smart Building team is delivering a fully integrated ICN and analytics platform, leveraging KODE Labs’ powerful tools to support sustainability, performance, and user experience across the entire site.

Security Team
Our Security team is deploying a robust physical security network that includes:

  • Advanced CCTV systems
  • Smart Door Access Control
  • Integrated Intercom systems
